Customer Service OfficerJob Description:• To handle & process customer's requests, email inquiries & constantly follow up with customer & necessary department to resolve any issue.
• To manage enquiries and resolve customer complaints over the phone, email, in game and forum.
• To monitor the game servers in order to ensure servers running smoothly.
• Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirements:• Minimum SPM Qualification.
• Proficient in English and Chinese both written and oral
• Must willing to work in shifts(Morning: 8am-8pm, Night: 8pm-8am, entitle shift allowance)
• Work 4 days per week only (compulsory work on Saturday and Sunday)
• Excellent work attitude, a team player and strong with problem solving skills.
• Applicants must be willing to work at Mid Valley.
• Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
